Renovated former milk cellar in a secluded, neighborhood-free setting overlooking the magnificent Nant Brun valley.
La montagnette is 4 km from the village of Saint-Jean-de-Belleville, and comprises a main room with mezzanine. A dining area with high table, a sofa area and a bathroom are located on the lower level.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, is the sleeping area, with 1 double bed and two single beds. There's also a boat net that can be used as a hammock for reading and resting.
Outside, you can relax on a large terrace, equipped with a 6-seater Nordic bath, with a breathtaking view over the valley and surrounding countryside.
An old-fashioned barbecue is available for the best grills.
Pets are welcome.
From April 15, access is by car directly to the front of the chalet.
If you wish, you can also rent an all-terrain electric scooter and an electric mountain bike for an extra charge (€70 per day), to ride around the chalet or even buy Beaufort cheese at the Cave des Combes, a well-known local spot 3 km from the chalet.
Numerous paths and trails leave directly from the chalet for hiking and biking.
This valley is one of the jewels of the Belleville valley, still little known to the tourist masses. Here you'll find the best walks, exceptional flora and fauna, and an incomparable gentle way of life.
