Modern, original, 230 m2 on 3 levels, cosy, ideal for families, designed for 14 people, it has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room with central fireplace and integrated kitchen, terrace, ski-room, Internet, and full household appliances. Shops 5-10 minutes' walk away. Winter weeks from €3,000 to €8,500 depending on season. Sheets can be rented on site. Your belongings can be brought up and down by snowmobile.
It's also ideally located for a stopover by bike, motorcycle or car, on the Route des Grandes Alpes, RGA, with table d'hote, breakfast and welcome by myself. It's 15 km from Bourg Saint Maurice n 800 D+ .
The chalet is on the RGA, Route des Grandes Alpes, 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 15 km, with a few more meters of difference in altitude and curves (D+800), but you'll find a place in the heart of nature, with an exceptional view of the valley and mountains, absolute peace and quiet, and the discovery of the unique architecture of Les Arcs 1600. Breakfast is included for bed and breakfast stays, and I can provide a table d'hôtes meal for dinner.
It's easily accessible by motorcycle or car, and if you're on a bike, there's a closed garage.
